Yes. You read it correctly! You can now map custom WooCommerce fields of Contacts, Products and Orders to custom Zoho CRM fields. We are happy to announce the immediate availability of the Connect Version of wooozcrm.com in which you can make use of this feature.
How it works
- First please make sure you have the Connect version, if not, you can easily upgrade via your account page.
- On the left side you can see the Zoho CRM custom fields and on the right you can see the WooCommerce custom fields. To get the WC Fields, you can click on the button Get Metadata. Type in the ID of that User, Product or Order which has the custom fields. This is a one-time task so the system knows which custom fields are available in your store.
- That is all!
