When to do this:
- When you made a major mistake in the sync setup process
- When you want to connect to another Zoho Organization
Steps to start over when mistake is made:
- Remove all the Products from the website and also from the Trash folder
- Remove all the product images from media library
- Remove all the product categories
- Go to our plugin settings > Cron Configuration and click on “Reset Categories”

When you also want to connect to another Zoho Organization:
5. Follow all the steps above and also go to the Connect tab and click on “Reset Connection”. Then reconnect with the new Organization ID.
