If everything has been setup and connected properly and the data is still not syncing from WooCommerce to Zoho CRM, then you will need to check the log. You can find the log by going to Woocommerce > Status > Logs.

Select from the dropdown the Webhooks-Delivery of the current date. Then find your order and look at the ‘Response’ array:

Look at the [Code] and the [Message]. If you are unable to fix it yourself, then please contact us for further advice.
